Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tow Truck Specialist to join our team at Quantum Towing and Recovery. This role requires someone with experience in medium/heavy tow operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive to accident or vehicle breakdown scenes promptly.
  • Connect damaged vehicles to tow trucks safely and securely.
  • Tow vehicles to service stations or junkyards, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain tow trucks and equipment in good working condition.
  • Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
  • Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while operating tow trucks.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and incidents encountered.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old.
  • Valid TDLR license (or ability to obtain).
  • Class A CDL license.
  • Pass background check.
  • Submit to and pass drug test prior to employment.
  • Previous medium/heavy tow experience required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Clean driving record with no tickets or accidents in the past 5 years.
