About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team at HomeTeam Pest Defense. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, presenting a professional appearance, and diagnosing pest issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day
  • Present a professional, tidy appearance, including company truck, equipment, and uniform
  • Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed
  • Maintain pest control license and keep knowledge sharp by attending seminars
  • Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
  • Work independently and stay motivated

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Must pass background and drug screening
  • Safely use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity
