Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Manage and direct the daily activities of production employees, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word/Excel, Kronos, Oracle, and JD Edwards.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, occasional bending, pushing/pulling, and reaching.
