Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Permit Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers, issuing permits, and tracking the permitting process. You will also establish and maintain organized systems for files and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interfacing with customers to service their building department needs.
  • Issuing and tracking permits through the permitting process.
  • Maintaining organized systems for files and data.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also need experience with Microsoft Office and permitting software. A background in building and construction knowledge or municipal experience is preferred.
