Job Title: Senior Building Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Project Coordinator to join our team at Construction Management Inc. in Rapid City, SD. As a key member of our construction management team, you will oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Negotiate subcontractor contracts and manage project schedules.
  • Prepare project reports and communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid holidays.
