About the Role:

As our HVAC Installation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of new HVAC units and materials according to specifications and established safety guidelines. You must have at least 4 years of experience in the field, hold EPA Certification, and possess NATE Certification. Familiarity with various field concepts, practices, and procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily scheduling with Foreman
  • Work effectively with our team, demonstrating a 'Self-Starter' attitude and ability to work with limited supervision
  • Foster excellent Customer/Contractor Relations
  • Ensure timely completion of job schedules, crew deployment, and communication with Foreman/Office regarding job status
  • Evaluate weekly crew members' time entries and completeness of yellow job files daily
  • Sheet metal fabrication may be required, along with the ability to perform all Journeyman duties
  • Diagnose HVAC equipment, recognize needs, and perform repairs when necessary

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in the field
  2. EPA Certification (A PLUS)
  3. NATE Certification requested
  4. Continued Education expected
  5. Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures
  6. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  7. Perform complex tasks
  8. Lead and direct the work of others
  9. Report to immediate supervisor, Foreman
  10. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  11. Arrive on time ready to work and lead by example
