Job Description: As a Senior HVAC Consultant - Home Comfort Specialist, you will play a crucial role in meeting customers at their homes to discuss and implement personalized heating and cooling solutions. Your expertise will help customers navigate the options available to upgrade or replace their current systems, ensuring they achieve optimal comfort and energy efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with various HVAC concepts, practices, and procedures
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lead and direct the work of others
- Familiarity with diagnostic techniques and equipment maintenance
