About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Product Developer to enhance our Pro Standard brand, which is affiliated with major leagues such as the NBA, MLB, NFL, and NHL, as well as over 150 prestigious colleges and universities. This role is pivotal in advancing our embellished art-intensive apparel and headwear offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our Design and Merchandising Teams, sharing responsibilities to ensure successful product development.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with both domestic and international teams to drive seasonal product assortments.
  • Manage the calendar, workflow, and processes efficiently within the product development vertical.
  • Review and approve Illustrator-based Tech Packs to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Evaluate samples from concept design through to bulk production, providing feedback and insights.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of design aesthetics to ensure product approval aligns with the intended vision.
  • Keep production libraries updated with current blanks, colors, and fabrications.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system at all times.
  • Create a comprehensive design roadmap utilizing your design expertise for scalable artwork execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses 4+ years of experience in apparel product design, development, or production.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Bilingual skills in Chinese or Spanish are advantageous.
  • Has strong technical knowledge of apparel construction and production processes.
  • Exhibits excellent time-management and prioritization skills while managing multiple projects.
  • Is detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, ensuring high accuracy in work.
