About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Restore Hyper Wellness. As a key member of our esthetic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, including Hydrafacial, Cryoskin, and oxygen facials.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their skincare needs and goals.
- Administer a variety of esthetic services, including Hydrafacial, Cryoskin, and oxygen facials, to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent communication, follow-up, and personalized service.
- Ensure prospecting protocols are followed to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records with daily reconciliation to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments as needed to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Ensure all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are clean, maintained, and stocked appropriately to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Recommend esthetic services to existing and new clients based on individual needs and goals.
- Educate clients on other Restore modalities and products that may enhance esthetic services.
- Assist with daily store operations, including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, recommending services, and operating our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain and count inventory for Hydrafacial and Cryoskin back bar and retail.
- Place orders for back bar and retail product based on inventory requirements.
- Create staff schedule and ensure coverage expectations are met for all estheticians.
- Hold regular 1:1 meetings with estheticians to develop, coach, and ensure goals are met.
- Serve as the liaison between the store and senior leadership for all things esthetics related.
- Track KPIs for Esthetician team.
- Assist in planning and executing esthetics marketing events, both on and off site.
- Ensure all estheticians are up-to-date on continuing education.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must possess a current Esthetician license issued by the state in which you are applying.
- Esthetician experience required (2-3 years minimum).
- Experience in Hydrafacial and Cryoskin equipment preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer.
- Must be available to work during all store operating hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds.
- Experience in business, sales, and/or management is a plus.
- Minnesota Only - Must hold an Advanced Practice License and a Salon Manager License.
