Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within the related field.
- 11-14 years of experience within the related field.
- Experience in Full-Stack Development.
- Experience in distinct functional or cross-functional analysis/assessment methodologies and associated tools.
- Experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (i.e., government, industry) and may also include relevant/associated certifications (e.g., ITIL, Six Sigma, CMMI, and ISO) and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices.
- Directs the activities of engineers/specialists or other staff as necessary on activities related to the specified field or discipline.
- Experience in designing new processes and documenting improvements. Ability to direct implementation activities.
- Experience working with executive level clients.
- Demonstrated experience applying knowledge management, business intelligence, process improvement, reengineering methodologies or best practice principles to design and implement process modernization and improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading activities of engineers/specialists related to technology needs.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-based technology such as AWS, C2S, Cloud Foundry.
- Demonstrated experience in using web-based technologies such as browsers, HTML code, object-oriented technology, graphics software, and content management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in Python/Django, SQL, JAVA, familiarity with Kubernetes or OpenShift. Web Framework, Database Management Systems (DBMS) (MYSQL or similar DBMS), JavaScript, REST, SOAP webservices.
Desired:
- Demonstrated experience in understanding of technology requirements specific to international affairs and IC coordination.
- Demonstrated experience with Imagery Disclosure Tool (IDT), Request Action Tracker (RAT), or SharePoint custom workflows.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-based technology such as AWS, C2S, Cloud Foundry.
