We are seeking a skilled HVAC Field Technician to join our team. This position involves installing, repairing, and retrofitting environmental control systems while utilizing expertise in refrigeration theory, control systems, and structural layouts.

Salary: Starting at $23.00+/hr based on qualifications & experience.

Job Description

  • Service HVAC equipment up to 200 tons, including ancillary equipment.
  • Perform installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and site surveys.
  • Diagnose and repair systems using tools and engineering specifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for assignments and customer interactions.
  • Ensure vehicle and equipment maintenance.
  • Represent the company as a direct customer contact.
  • Provide training, technical support, and sales leads as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience or equivalent education/experience.
  • Proficiency in blueprints, schematics, and equipment layouts.
  • EPA Universal and OSHA 10 certifications (company-provided if needed).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass background checks, drug screening, and MVR.
