Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Field Technician to install, repair, and retrofit environmental control systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in refrigeration theory, control systems, and structural layouts.

Compensation:

  • Estimated annual salary: $48,000 - $64,000 based on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain HVAC equipment up to 200 tons
  • Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance of building systems
  • Diagnose and repair systems using tools and engineering specifications
  • Maintain accurate documentation for assignments and customer interactions
  • Ensure vehicle and equipment maintenance
  • Represent the company as a direct customer contact

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience or equivalent education/experience
  • Proficiency in blueprints, schematics, and equipment layouts
  • EPA Universal and OSHA 10 certifications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and travel (including occasional overnight)
  • Supervisory oversight of apprentices with task delegation and training
