Key Responsibilities- Lead the Service Team: Supervise and train our service technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on our guests' vehicles.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and repairs, and that their vehicles are returned to them in a safe and reliable condition.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the efficient and productive operation of our service bays, ensuring that our guests' vehicles are repaired and maintained in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular audits to ensure that our service technicians are performing repairs and maintenance to the highest standards.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our service technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform complex repairs and maintenance.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience as an automotive technician or in a leadership role in the automotive industry.
- Certifications: 2+ ASE automotive certifications.
- Education: High school or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
