Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
  • Maintain facilities, including sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, and other tasks as needed.
  • Work independently on daily tasks and cooperate with team members as needed.
  • May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
