Trauma Care Specialist

Trident Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its esteemed Trauma team in Charleston, South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in the emergency department and trauma unit
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct inpatient rounds, new consults, discharges, and dictations
- Assist in the operating room and perform first assists
- Participate in office calls and paperwork, including FMLA and incentive packages
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner/physician assistant program with certification exams
- Active and unrestricted South Carolina license or ability to obtain prior to starting
- Comfortable assisting in the OR and experience with first assist
