Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Essentia Health. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions
- Contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia
- Respond to emergency calls and assist the ambulance team in medical services and patient transportation
- BSN or AD degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current nursing licensure in the state(s) of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within one year of being oriented to the ED
