Clinical Lead for Orthopedic Nursing Services

At Piedmont Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care in our Orthopedic nursing services.
Job SummaryWe are committed to providing high-quality patient care, and as a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel in our Orthopedic unit, ensuring that all patients' needs are met and their care is delivered safely and effectively.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel in one or more patient care units
- Verify that patients' needs are met and evaluate unit nursing care and performance
- Participate in planning work of assigned units and coordinates activities with other patient care units and related departments
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care. You will also have a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining a safe and respectful work environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- CPR certification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an orthopedic setting
We offer a competitive salary range of $$$93,456 - $123,995 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and online sources. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
