Job Title: Rigger Foreman

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a skilled Rigger Foreman to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Rigger Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of rigging operations on our construction sites. This includes identifying potential hazards, providing corrective action, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and provide corrective action as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective safety procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of rigging operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on site activities, including time sheets, backcharges, and work status.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of industrial construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and project management principles is essential.
