Job Title: Program Director Higher Education

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director Higher Education to lead our partnerships with higher education institutions across Massachusetts. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of programs that align with our organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with higher education institutions to identify and promote internship and Fellowship opportunities for students.
* Partner with recruitment team and hiring managers to coordinate the recruitment, selection, and placement of Fellows and interns.
* Create, implement, and oversee summer program activities including manager showcases, outings, meeting with the Secretary and other Executive leadership, and final presentations.
* Ensure quality work experiences for students by partnering with the IT business to develop and oversee initiatives which complement and enhance students' academic and professional goals.
* Conduct in-progress assessment of student success within our work environment and evaluate their overall experience through surveys.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years in partnership development, program management, or related roles.
* In-depth understanding of partnership development and management within higher education.
* Demonstrated knowledge of technologies and IT areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Cybersecurity.
* Strong interpersonal skills, adept at fostering and maintaining effective collaboration, trust, teamwork, and respect.
* Excellent time-management and organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple priorities.
* Proven ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop practical solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
* Understanding of budget and financial management.
