About the Role

This position involves:

  • Maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service to residents and colleagues alike;
  • Coordinating and executing daily maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance;
  • Supervising and training maintenance staff to ensure they meet performance expectations;
  • Collaborating with other departments to address resident concerns and resolve issues efficiently;
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies;
  • Providing accurate and timely reports on maintenance activities and budget tracking;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field;
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems;
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
