Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care setting. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your skills and knowledge to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

You will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit, providing leadership as needed, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma)
  • License for Practical Nursing
  • AHA BLS CPR Certification
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine
