Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Long Term Care unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to ensure the needs of our residents are met.

You will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit, assuming leadership roles as needed, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents
  • Attend to daily operations of the unit, including leadership roles as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide high-quality patient care to residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college), a license for Practical Nursing, and AHA CPR Certification. You will also need basic computer skills and experience with Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine.
