- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care.
- Two years of recent experience in circulating and/or scrubbing surgical procedures in an acute care hospital operating room.
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program and completion of the current hours required by the BRN of RN student clinical experience.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification.
- ANCC certification in a relevant specialty.
