Responsibilities:
  • Room Preparation: Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, restocking toiletries, and performing other general cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Lost and Found: Report any lost and found items to the front desk and ensure that they are properly documented.
  • Damage and Repairs: Identify and report any damage or repairs needed to the hotel's maintenance team.
  • Guest Services: Respond to general questions and requests from guests during their stay.
  • Common Areas: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms.
Qualifications:
  • Cleaning Experience: Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure that rooms are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to respond to guest requests and concerns.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
