Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized evaluations to identify the therapy needs of pediatric patients.
  • Utilize clinical expertise to create and execute appropriate treatment plans in accordance with physician directives.
  • Deliver in-home therapy services to pediatric patients with a variety of diagnoses.
  • Maintain regular communication with patients' families, providing updates on their child's progress and goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy professionals, physicians, and nursing staff, to formulate holistic treatment strategies that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Ensure thorough documentation that accurately reflects the care provided and communicates any modifications in treatment plans to the healthcare team.
  • Engage in regular one-on-one meetings with team leaders to discuss patient advancements, share insights, and collaboratively refine treatment approaches.

Qualifications:
  • A valid Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Texas.
  • Current BLS License.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance.
  • Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000
