As a Perfusionist at Penn Medicine, you will collaborate with top clinical, technical, and business professionals across all disciplines to provide comprehensive patient care.

The Department of Perfusion at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a skilled Perfusionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing patient care within the scope of practice of perfusion services
  • Performing clinical duties, including Cardiopulmonary Bypass, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumping, and Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation
  • Ensuring safe and effective perfusion care, meeting regulatory agency standards
  • Collaborating with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Evaluating new techniques and implementing new clinical programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Perfusion or a related field, with certification as a perfusionist by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
