The Airport Operations Supervisor role at ABM Industries is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals with leadership experience to take their skills to the next level.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can oversee the daily operations of our airport facilities in Anchorage, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Clearance: Valid birth certificate or passport required for security clearance.
  • Staff Training**: Train staff in ABM Cleaning procedures.
  • Escort and Sign In**: Escort and sign in unbadged employees or outside vendors.
  • Meet Attendance Requirements**: Meet attendance requirements.
  • Filling in Positions**: Fill in different positions and duties when needed.
  • Customer Service**: Provide customer service and de-escalate situations.
  • Badging Requirements**: Meet badging requirements.
  • Lifting and Inspection**: Lift up to 50 pounds and inspect work areas, correcting deficiencies as needed.
  • Same-Day Projects**: Complete same-day projects.
  • Performance Reporting**: Report performance and operational success or problems to Manager.
  • Shift Walk-throughs**: Conduct a walk-through of the Facility before end of shift.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary:** The estimated salary range for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
