Lsg Sky Chefs, a leading airline catering and hospitality provider, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee food production operations. As the supervisor of our food department, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10+ employees to deliver top-quality products to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in a food production environment, with a strong understanding of FDA, USDA, HACCP, and airline specifications. You will be expected to ensure on-time and accurate food production, conduct daily manpower planning, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational procedures to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality control. Additionally, you will analyze performance metrics and financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to develop and lead others to obtain desired results and achieve productivity goals. A working knowledge of OSHA, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations is essential.

The salary range for this position is $56,189.00 - 69,822.00 per year, depending on experience. Lsg Sky Chefs offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
