We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Resource Advocate to join our team at Kintegra Health.

As a Community Resource Advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the care they need. This includes assisting with Medicaid Expansion applications, providing information about pharmaceutical charity programs, and referring patients to other community resources.
