We are seeking a highly skilled LPN or RN to join our team at Alpine Health and Rehabilitation of Asheboro in a full-time weekday position. This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Job Description

This position involves providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services. As an LPN or RN, you will be responsible for assessing patients' health status, administering medications and treatments, participating in care planning, and supervising LPNs and certified nursing assistants.

  • Assesses patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
  • Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Participates in the care planning process to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
  • Supervises LPNs and certified nursing assistants to ensure adherence to standards of care and company policy.
  • Communicates effectively with physicians regarding changes in residents' conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
