Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain inventory, and perform tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
