Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Brattleboro Retreat in Brattleboro, VT. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide clinical and case management services to patients and their families, promoting optimal individual, interpersonal, and social functioning.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical and case management services to patients and their families
- Develop and implement treatment plans to promote optimal individual, interpersonal, and social functioning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop plans to address them
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on coping strategies and resources
- Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited graduate school of Social Work or Master's degree in counseling or other behavioral health discipline
- Registration on the Roster of Psychotherapists who are Nonlicensed and Noncertified with the State of Vermont Office of Professional Regulation
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- One to two years of inpatient social work experience preferred
