Job ResponsibilitiesThe Project Development Engineer will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Project Manager and other project team members in executing activities to support the construction of assigned project(s)
- Executing bid support and submittal review processes
- Managing document control and verifying as-builts
- Supporting quality control and site safety
- Executing equipment receiving process and managing closeout documentation
- Supporting cost management activities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering
- Minimum of four years of experience in project management and construction operations
- Demonstrated capability with Microsoft Office suite and computer programs for project management and reporting; VDC tools
- Competent in RFI/Submittal processing and proficiency with mobile devices and VDC apps
Estimated salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
