Job Title: Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Coordinator to join our team at Jobot. As a Construction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Review and approve contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are in the best interest of the company.
  • Coordinate with various departments, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of construction projects.
  • Manage the billing process, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and paid on time.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and risks associated with construction projects and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on the progress of construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to construction projects.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction coordination, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract review and billing processes.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficient in using project management software and other relevant tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
