Position Responsibilities:
- Ensuring cleanliness in residents' living spaces and work areas
- Supporting residents in maintaining their independence while promoting dignity and safety
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities
- Participating in weekend and holiday shifts as required
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Certified Nurse's Aide certification
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Previous experience with senior care is advantageous
- Effective communication skills with residents, management, and colleagues
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
