Job Title: Corrections Monitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corrections Monitor to join our team at Gateway Rehab Centers in Braddock, PA. As a Corrections Monitor, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure treatment environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patient movement into and out of the facility
  • Maintain daily logs and records
  • Enforce facility rules, regulations, and policies
  • Conduct intakes and participate in patient orientation
  • Conduct patient drug screening and random room searches
  • Transport patients as needed and dispense authorized prescription medications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
  • CPR certification
  • Flexibility regarding work schedule
  • Ability to remain awake and alert while on duty

Working Conditions:

This position requires working in a corrections facility environment with various shifts. You must be able to remain focused and alert while on duty.
