Responsibilities

As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing bedside care to patients, assisting with personal hygiene and activities of daily living, collecting patient health information, and documenting nursing history and physical assessment. You will also be responsible for administering medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice, maintaining patient medical records, and communicating effectively with supervising RNs.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years as an LPN
  • Certifications/Licenses: BLS, State License
  • Skills: Critical thinking, service excellence, good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
