Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing/undressing, in a safe and respectful manner.
- Assist residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as needed.
- Support residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking, using proper transfer techniques and equipment.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
