  • Pamper Our Pups: Provide high-quality, comprehensive bathing services, including shampooing, drying, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and expressing anal glands.
  • Detangle & De-mat: Skillfully brush and comb through coats, leaving our furry clients free of tangles and mats.
  • Be a Doggy Detective: Perform thorough needs assessments for each dog, checking their eyes, ears, teeth, coat, and skin, and recommend additional pampering services or products.
  • Communicate Like a Pro: Explain service fees and product benefits to pet parents, ensuring they understand all their options.
  • Keep It Clean: Maintain a pristine work environment by sanitizing your station and equipment after each grooming session.
  • Customer Service Champ: Warmly greet pet parents and their fur babies, provide estimated pick-up times, and ensure a delightful experience from start to finish.
Requirements
  • A seasoned dog bather with a gentle touch and a heap of patience for our four-legged clients.
  • Someone with at least one year of experience making dogs look dapper professionally.
  • A communication wizard with humans and pets ensures everyone is comfortable and informed.
  • A multitasker who thrives in a bustling environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A team player who works well independently, always ready to lend a paw or take the initiative on tasks.
  • Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30lbs throughout your shift.
