Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at National Youth Advocate Program. As a key member of our service team, you will work closely with youth, families, and community partners to provide advocacy and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family mental health services, as well as other evidence-based clinical services.
  • Travel daily to provide community-based services to youth and families, ensuring compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor clinical services for youth and families, including mental health, special educational services, medication management, and psychological services.
  • Regularly review and modify youth-based plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with foster parents and families of origin.
  • Assist in family reunification and stabilization efforts, working with the youth's primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the case plan.
  • Provide safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid professional license (LSW) is required.
  • 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families is preferred.
  • Must have flexible availability and willingness to work non-traditional hours as needed.
  • Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, and tablets, as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
