Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Mini Bus Driver to transport passengers to local and distant points according to a time schedule. The ideal candidate will have a valid Georgia driver's license, a clean driving record, and experience driving a vehicle to transport passengers in a city and urban environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and adhere to the organization's transportation policy and procedure.
  • Inspect and maintain the vehicle, including daily checks for gas, oil, and water levels, and reporting any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
  • Communicate safety rules and expected behavior to passengers during travel.
  • Practice safe driving and maintain order and discipline of club members.
  • Assist program instructors when not driving or maintaining the Mini Bus.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Age 25+.
  • Valid Georgia driver's license.
  • Valid medical certificate.
  • Safe driving record as documented by a clean seven-year MVR.
  • Combined experience and/or formal training equivalent to a minimum of three years driving a vehicle to transport passengers.
Working Environment

The job requires daily contact with club staff, club members, and outside organizations. The ability to stand for extended periods, kneel, reach, bend, and lift objects weighing over 25lbs is necessary. Occasional weekend work may be required.
