Our field sales force is comprised of thousands of licensed agents deployed nationwide in offices they independently own and operate.

Job Summary

The Director of Marketing will report directly to the President and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end marketing programs and lead generation that drives sales. This role also encompasses reputation management, ensuring the company stays ahead of predictable situations and resolves spontaneous matters with well-reasoned decisive actions that protect the company's brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage and maintain a strong online presence through social media and content marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
