Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Think Hospitality. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the highest standards of quality and quantity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional maid service to guest rooms, meeting cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.
  • Replace unused amenities and report any maintenance concerns to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Assist the Lobby Attendant in delivering guest requests and providing excellent customer service.
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces.
  • Assist PM attendants in stripping and making beds, changing bed linens, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities.
  • Empty trash and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Sign for room keys and restock heavy carts to ensure efficient room cleaning.
  • Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and appearance, and signify completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Assist the Lobby Attendant in public areas as needed and provide general public assistance and guidance.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings and complete cross-training as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Ability to carry 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to superior customer service.
  • Fluency in job-related English, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary.
  • Minimum one year experience within the housekeeping department.
