Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Support Specialist to join our team at Foxconn Corporation. As a key member of our production engineering group, you will provide critical support to our production lines, driving efficiency and productivity through innovative process improvements.

About the Role:
This position involves working closely with our production team to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop and implement solutions, and train operators on new processes. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and contribute to the development of our manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures.
  • Train operators on new processes.
  • Work with Test and Quality Engineers to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Associate's degree with 2 years of process, industrial, or manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
  • Contract manufacturing experience is a plus.

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on location and experience.
