Position Overview:


We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least four years of relevant experience to join our Litigation Team.


The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience serving clients in the construction sector (preferred).
Admissions to the New Jersey and New York bars.
Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation of legal documents, notices, subpoenas, discovery requests, and providing assistance during depositions, motions, and trials.
