About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Staff My Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to identify and address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Property Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, as well as hourly pay plus commission/bonus, paid time off, and valuable career-building experience.
