About the Job

As the Group Marketing & Communications Director, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, evolving the marketing strategy, and coordinating operational marketing efforts. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the global marketing strategy and ensuring alignment with local marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Lead and grow a small group marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Centralize and optimize Webhelp's PR function, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive conversion of leads and improve sales-marketing alignment.
  • Work closely with the CCO and other COMEX members to shape the global marketing strategy, focusing on Webhelp's value proposition and local marketing imperatives.
  • Manage channel and partner management functions, ensuring effective partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Improve links between marketing and internal communications, facilitating knowledge sharing across the commercial organization.
  • Support post-merger integration activities, ensuring a seamless transition in high-growth environments.

Skills and Experience
  • A track record of success in building brands and/or raising a company's brand awareness.
  • Demonstrable experience leading marketing functions in high-growth, global businesses in the technology, business services, and/or consulting sectors.
  • Past experience operating in decentralized organizational structures, with the ability to harmonize group marketing strategies with local marketing tactics.
  • Advanced and flexible line management skills, with the ability to adapt to markets/entities with different priorities, challenges, and requirements.
  • Fluent English and ideally French language skills are essential for this role.
Location

The role will be based in London, Paris, or any other main European capital, with frequent travel between Webhelp's major European offices and occasional global travel.
