Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans and care strategies using sound judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Maintain precise, detailed, and timely documentation in accordance with care plans and nursing processes
  • Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures within the scope of practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act in the state of practice, adhering to agency policies and protocols

Qualifications:
  • Unencumbered Practical Nurse license in the state of NC or a multi-state license
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience
  • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association/Red Cross) and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Valid driver's license with automobile insurance
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
