RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

  • Role split between 50% clinical and 50% administrative duties, adaptable to provider needs.
  • Standard work hours: M-F, 8-hour days.
  • No after-hours responsibilities required.
  • Oversee clinical operations including Outpatient Services, Intensive Case Management, Clubhouse Services, Youth Residential Services, and Women's Substance Use Residential Services.
  • Focus on integrating Psychiatry into existing and new Intensive Case Management Programs, enhancing Nurse Case Management across all services, and supporting the development of Electronic Health Records (EHR).

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Experience as a Medical Director is preferred
