Paraplanner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our team at Networth Advisors. As a Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning firm's daily operations and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans, investment allocation models, and insurance proposals for client meetings.
  • Utilize industry software and websites to gather client and product information, comparing existing solutions to those available in the marketplace.
  • Establish and maintain detailed client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare client correspondence, including letters and email correspondence, to communicate important information and updates.
  • Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Assist in client meetings, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial industry experience preferred.
  • Security licenses required, including Series 65 and Life and Health.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.
  • Savvy customer service skills, including excellent communication and follow-through.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Friendly, professional phone manner and ability to work with a variety of clients.
  • Reliable with exceptional work ethic and ability to demonstrate maturity and poise under pressure.
